Hàm lượng chất khô (Bx): 75-90% (Tuỳ chỉnh theo yêu cầu khách hàng)
Hàm lượng đường khử (DE): 25-55%, (Tuỳ chỉnh theo yêu cầu của khách hàng)
PH: 4,5-5,5
Độ màu: Trắng trong suốt (<25 ICS).
Công dụng (Use): Trong công nghiệp chế biến thực phẩm, các sản phẩm được chế biến từ mạch nha bao gồm thực phẩm cho trẻ em; các loại bánh mì và các loại sản phẩm khác (bánh bích quy, các loại bánh hoặc kẹo dòn (crackers), kem lòng trắng trứng (icings), bánh hạnh nhân (macaroons), bánh quy dòn (pretzels, fillings , cookies…), các loại thức uống lên men như rượu, bia, thực phẩm điểm tâm, màu caramel, pho mát, kẹo chewingum, sữa đặc , bánh kẹo, làm chất phụ gia vật liệu xây dựng ..v.v…

– Chemical and physical specifications: Brix (Bx), Dextrose Equivalent (De), rate of component Glucose, Maltose…, Degrees pH, Colour (from white pure to pale yellow). We are able to customize our products based on customers’ requirements also.
– Our products are packaged in 3-layer wrapping (one thick PP external layer and two PE internal layers). Additionally, our products are also packed in 25-30 kilogram plastic buckets or 275-300 kilogram plastic barrels, specifically to customers’ need.
